Dr. Chyall has conducted reverse engineering studies to identify the composition of commercial drug products and the methods by which they are manufactured. Dr. Chyall is an organic chemist with extensive experience pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies for drug substances and drug products.
Prior to founding Chyall Pharma in 2011, Dr. Chyall worked for over a decade as a pharmaceutical research chemist at SSCI, Inc. and then at Aptuit, Inc. where he provided research and consulting services to a wide variety of clients within the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Chyall graduated from Oberlin College with AB degree in chemistry, and from the University of Minnesota with Ph.D. in chemistry. Dr. Chyall was a postdoctoral fellow in the chemistry department at Purdue University. He has authored or co-authored 23 publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals, and is a co-inventor on five patents granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Dr. Chyall has testified as an expert witness in United States courts and abroad.
